Before creating a content calendar and scheduling your posts, here are a few things to remember:

Be consistent. You HAVE to let people know when to expect new content from you, when they can show up, and how you are going to be serving them today. Being consistent will help you create content faster, create a schedule and build an audience that loves you.

Never create and publish on the same day. Take time to reflect on your blog, post, images, and audience. Your audience is key and hence your blog's purpose will define the way you will be serving them through each blog post.

If you are coming at your work from a place of stress, chances are it is not the best version of who you are or you’re potential to create awesome (content) stuff.

'Batch Creating' is so important; it is a really awesome way to just being efficient with your time and make sure you are spending your time in the zone.

There is nothing worse than forcing out content when your brain feels tired and stressed; I have been there and it is awful. So take a break when needed because you deserve it.

Remember that the world will not crumble if you aren’t publishing exactly on time or if you miss a day because you are sick. Remember to give yourself some self-love.

If you are running your business right now from a place of fear or a place of guilt, you have to stop right now.
